Portal Login Flow
In order to log into the Once portal at go.tryonce.com you must have an active account with Once. If you do not yet have an active account with Once, fill out the form at https://www.tryonce.com/contact so that we can get you set up. You must also either have a Google or Microsoft email address. If you are currently employed by a school district that is a Once customer, you should use your district-issued Google or Microsoft email address to log into the portal.
If you have a Google account and have never logged into the Once portal
Enter your district-provided Google email address in the box.
You will see the message: "A magic link has been sent to your email address. Check your email and continue from there."
Go to your district-provided Google email and look for an email from "Login" that invites you to finish setting up your Once account.
Click the blue "Continue" button in the email. NOTE: the email might be in your spam folder.
After clicking "Continue" in your email you will see a screen asking whether you want to continue with Google or Microsoft. Choose *Google*.
Choose your district-provided Google account.
Click Continue.
You are now logged into the Once portal. The portal will now recognize your browser and computer.
If you have a Microsoft account and have never logged into the Once portal
Enter your district-provided Microsoft email address in the box.
You will see the message: "A magic link has been sent to your email address. Check your email and continue from there."
Go to your district-provided Microsoft email and look for an email from Stytch that invites you to finish setting up your Once account. Click the blue "Continue" button in the email. NOTE: the email might be in your junk folder as it is in this picture.
After clicking "Continue" in your email you will see a screen asking whether you want to continue with Google or Microsoft. Choose *Microsoft*.
You may then need to sign in to your Microsoft account.
Finally, you'll see a screen asking if the Once portal can access your info. Press the blue button "Accept".
You are now logged into the Once portal. The portal will now recognize your browser and computer.
If you have a Microsoft or Google account and have previously logged into the Once portal
Enter your district-provided Microsoft or Google email and press "Continue"
You are now logged into the Once portal. The portal will now recognize your browser and computer.
