District Point Person:
The district point person is a designated district leader who works with the Once team to plan and support district-wide Once implementation.
The district point person also participates in monthly and quarterly meetings to receive updates and assists with addressing issues that cannot be resolved at the school level.

School Principal:
The principal works with the Once program team to establish a plan for staffing and scheduling of Once instruction.
The principal also participates in monthly meetings with the program team to receive updates and reports and to address any issues that cannot be resolved by the school point person.

School Point Person:
The school point person is the liaison between the school and the Once program team. The point person is the main contact for others within the school for scheduling, questions, and concerns.

Once Instructor:
The Once instructor is a designated support staff member (paraprofessional, teacher assistant, aide, interventionist, etc.) who provides 15-minute, one-on-one, daily tutoring sessions, ideally for at least ten students a day.
The instructor also participates in one 30-minute weekly session with a Once coach to consistently improve instruction.

Classroom Teacher:
Lead classroom teachers are essential to program success since they need to embrace the fact that students are leaving class for 15 minutes per day for tutoring in Once.
Classroom teachers generally do not provide Once instruction or receive coaching. However, they may participate in a modified Part One Onboarding training or in an in-person or virtual information session prior to program launch to gain an understanding of the program.
