Purpose

In order for Once to continuously coach your school support staff to deliver the program, we need access to recordings of instructional sessions. These video and audio recordings are securely and privately stored during the duration of the school year to enable coaching.

Student Permission

At the beginning of the school year, parents/guardians of students sign a general media release for the district to record and use student images, and this media release covers the Once session recordings. A student whose parents/guardians do not sign a media release should not receive Once.

Data Security

Once complies with the highest security standards and each year produces a audited statement of security, data and operational controls.

Storage

At the end of the school year, video is removed from session recordings and audio recordings are anonymized (de-identified). Personally identifying information about students is erased from session recordings after the end of the school year.
