Classroom teachers

Lead classroom teachers do not deliver instruction through Once, nor do they receive Once training and coaching. Their buy-in, however, is critical to program success since they need to embrace the fact that students are leaving class for 15 minutes per day for tutoring in Once. Once personnel meet with lead classroom teachers to provide context on Once, answer questions, and provide a direct line of communication and support.
